Family:Whitney, Eunice (1766-1824)

Eunice5 Whitney (Josiah4, David3, Joshua2, John1), daughter of Josiah4 and Lois (Breck) Whitney,[1] was born 28 Mar 1766, Pomfret, CT,[2] died 10 or 11 Mar 1824, Brooklyn, CT, aged 58 years.[3]

She married, 2 Sep 1798, Brooklyn, CT, Stephen Backus,[4] son of Demetrius and Lydia (Backus) Backus.[5] He was born 10 Mar 1768, Windham, CT,[6] and died unknown.

Children of Stephen and Eunice5 (Whitney) Backus:

i. George Whitney Backus, b. 18 Apr 1800, Norwich, CT.[7]
ii. Eunice Elizabeth Backus, b. 25 Aug 1802, Canterbury, CT.[8]
