Frank Silas⁸ Whitney (Silas Jeremiah⁷, Joseph Lee⁶, Jeremiah⁵, Jeremiah⁴, Nathan³, John², Henry¹), son of Silas Jeremiah⁷ and Issabinda (Bootes) Whitney, was born 12 Dec 1857, Yorkshire, NY, and died 1929. He was buried in Sibley Cemtery, Concord, NY.^[1]

He married, about 1878, Mary L. Needham, daughter of Aaron Green and Sarah (Canfield) Needham. She was born 13 May 1854, Concord, NY, and died 1 Jan 1907, Concord, NY. She was buried in Sibley Cemtery, Concord, NY.^[2]

He was living at West Yorkshire in May 1875.
