George Bradford8 Whitney (George Washington7, Ezekiel6, Ezekiel5, John4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of George Washington7 and Elizabeth (Cook) Whitney, was born 13 Jan 1835, Boston, MA, and died Sep 1907.

He married firstly, 16 Jan 1856, Brighton, MA, Eliza A. Jones, daughter of Cyrus W. and Lucy Ann (-----) Jones.[1] She was born about 1836, Sudbury, MA, and died after 1875, probably in NJ.

He married secondly, about 1877, Mary E. Churchill, daughter of John H. and Maria (Hoffs) Churchill. She was born Aug 1858, Westchester Co., NY, and died after 1910.

He resided New York City; sup. 9th av. Elevated R. R.

iv. Abby Isadore Whitney, b. 13 Jun 1862, West Newton, MA;[8] d. 22 Nov 1864, Newton, MA, aged 2 years 4 months 9 days, of croup.[9]
