George Henry8 Whitney (Justin7, Salmon6, Jonas5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Justin7 and Mary Cushing (Cotton) Whitney, was born 18 Jul 1839, Harvard, MA.[1]
He married, 2 Jul 1870, Worcester, MA, Sarah C. Gould, daughter of Moses and Susan W. (Boswell) Gould.[2] She was born 21 Oct 1840, Bolton, MA, and died 14 Aug 1909, Worcester, MA, aged 69 years 9 months 24 days, of nephritis.[3]
At marriage he was an engineer. He is a druggist; s. p.; res. Jefferson, MA, and Ontario, CA.
