Jump to navigationJump to searchHenry7 Whitney (Samuel6, Samuel5, Samuel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Samuel6 and Huldah (Stilson) Whitney, was born 14 Feb 1793, Newtown, CT,[1] and died about 1819 (but in the 1820 census), in or near Newtown, CT.
He married, about 1814, Betsey Hard, of Newtown. No record of her has been found after his death.
Phoenix says the following: "Henry Whitney, b. in Newtown, Conn., 14 Feb. 1793; married about 1814, Betsey Hard, of Newtown; died about 1819, probably in, or near, Newtown."
Children of Henry7 and Betsey (Hard) Whitney:
i. Benjamin C.8 Whitney, b. 17 Apr 1816, Newtown, CT; m. Charlotte Smith.
