Henry Erwin8 Whitney (Lemuel7, Laban6, Elias5, Elias4, Jonathan3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Lemuel7 and Fannie (Darling) Whitney, was born 7 Oct 1859, Milford, MA.[1]

He married, 27 Apr 1884, Milford, MA, Mary E. Smith, daughter of Amasa and Nancy (-----) Smith.[2] She was born 12 Nov 1864, Scituate, RI.

He resided Woonsocket, RI.

i. Gertrude Ethel9 Whitney, b. 29 or 28 Apr 1886, Milford, MA;[3] d. 2 Aug 1886, Milford, MA, aged 3 months 4 days, of acute enteritis.[4]
