Isaac7 Whitney (Jacob6, Abraham5, Abraham4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Jacob6 and Esther (Walcott) Whitney, was born 4 Dec 1798, Stow, MA,[1] and died 21 Dec 1866, Stow, MA, aged 65 years 17 days, of typhoid fever.[2]

Marriage intentions were published 31 Aug 1839, Stow, MA, for him and Marcia Jane Barclay "of Danby, N.H."[3] He married, 29 Oct 1839, Danbury, NH, Marcia J. Barclay, daughter of William and Olive (Braley) Barclay/Barkley. She was born 11 Jul 1820, Danbury, NH, and died 2 May 1891, Stow, MA, aged 70 years 9 months 22 days, of chronic diarrhea.[4]

He was born in Bolton, and after his marriage moved to Stow, where he ever after resided. He was an extensive farmer. He resided Stow, MA.

vi. Helen Josephine Whitney, b. 11 Jun 1856, Stow, MA; d. 21 Sep 1875, Stow, MA, aged 19 years 3 months 10 days, of consumption; unmarried.[13]
