He married, 14 Sep 1872, Bethel or Tunbridge, VT, Augusta A. Diamond, daughter of John and Lucy (-----) Diamond. She was born 31 Oct 1851, VT, or Lowell, MA, and died 1929.
He was educated at the common schools; worked with his father as a mechanic until 21 years of age. Since, he has been employed as a commerical traveler, which business he still follows. In politics he is Republican, and decidedly American in principal, believing that Americans should rule America; resided Tunbridge, VT.
