John6 Whitney (Abraham5, Abraham4, Isaiah3, Thomas2, John1), son of Abraham5 and Rebecca (Dudley) Whitney, was born 31 Jul 1783, Harvard, MA,[1] and died 13 Feb 1813, Harvard, MA, aged 28 years [sic].[2]

He married, 23 Nov 1804, Harvard, MA, Sally Stow,[3] daughter of Benjamin, Jr., and Abigail (Atherton) Stow. She was born 20 Oct 1785, Harvard, MA, and died 15 Jan 1879, Harvard, MA. She married secondly, 5 Oct 1819, Harvard, MA, Ethan Wetherbee,[4] son of Josiah, Jr., and Lucy (Haskell) Wetherbee, as his second wife. He was born 18 Jan 1774, Princeton, MA, and died 21 May 1840, Harvard, MA.

He resided Harvard, MA.
