He married secondly, 27 Jun 1883, Sacramento, CA, Frances Imogene Smith, daughter of Samuel B. and Helen Marie (Gates) Smith. She was born Sep 1857 or Sep 1862, WI, and died 19 Aug 1935, Sacramento Co., CA.
He resided Placer Co., CA.
