Jonathan Whitney (Hezekiah), son of Hezekiah and Susanna (White) Whitney, was born 9 Apr 1794, Templeton, MA,[1] and died 1870. He was buried in Wellwood Cemetery, South Mexico, NY.[2]

He married firstly, before 1819, Sarah -----. She was born 1794 and died 2 Jan 1825, Mexico, NY, aged 31 years.

He married secondly, about 1825, Milena or Hellen Orilla -----. She was born about 1808, and died 8 Jan 1827, Mexico, NY, aged 19 years.

He married thirdly, about 1828, Lovisa -----. She was born about 1807, and died 1 May 1830, Mexico, NY, aged 23 years.

He married fourthly, 1841, Polly (Doud) Walton, daughter of Reuben and Polly (Griffin) Doud. She was born about 1792, Madison, CT, and died 13 Jun 1856, Mexico, NY, aged 64 years. She had married 1810, Ezra Walton.

Jonathan and all his wives were buried Wellwood Cemetery, Mexico, NY.

They resided Mexico, NY, in 1830, 1850, 1860, and 1870.

Jonathan and Sarah (-----) Whitney had no known children.

Jonathan and Milena or Hellen O. (-----) Whitney had no known children.

Children of Jonathan and Lovisa (-----) Whitney (possibly incomplete):

i. John F. Whitney, b. 1829, NY; m. Lucinda Howard.

Jonathan and Polly (Doud)(Walton) Whitney had no children.
