Leon Francis9 Whitney (Elbridge Green9, Nelson8, Ethan7, Hiram H.6, Henry5, Isaac4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Elbridge Green9 and Emma A. (Barney) Whitney, was born 24 Nov 1881, Bellingham, MA[1] (but marriage record says Milford, MA).
He married, 24 Jun 1907, Boston, MA, Anna M. Morahan, daughter of Peter and Martha B. (Wall) Morahan.[2] She was born about 1885, Ireland.
In 1907 they both lived at 532 Massachusetts Ave., Boston, MA, and he was a wine clerk and bartender. In 1909 he was a wine clerk living at 172 W. Springfield St., Boston, MA.

i. Doris Martha Morahan10 Whitney, b. 20 May 1907, Boston, MA.[3] ii. Francis Whitney, b. ca. 5 Jul 1908, Boston, MA; d. 11 Aug 1909, aged 1 year 1 month 6 days, of fatty liver.[4] iii. Gerard Whitney, b. 6 Sep 1909, Boston, MA;[5] d. 6 Sep 1909, Boston, MA, aged 1 day, of prematurity.[6]
