Leonard D.7 Whitney (Jacob6, Abner5, Jonas4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Jacob6 and Lucy (Adams) Whitney, was born 12 Sep 1811, South Orange, MA, was baptized 26 Jun 1814, New Salem, MA,[1] and died 4 Jun 1883, Worcester, MA, aged 71 years 8 months 23 days, of consumption.[2]

He married, 2 Dec 1835, Paxton, MA, Abigail Elizabeth Day,[3] daughter of Harmon and Elizabeth (Shepard) Day. She was born 2 Dec 1816, Paxton, MA, and died 12 Jul 1877, Worcester, MA, aged 60 years 7 months, of consumption.[4]

He resided Worcester, Boston, Paxton, Newton, and Braintree, MA.
