He married, 2 Dec 1835, Paxton, MA, Abigail Elizabeth Day,^[3] daughter of Harmon and Elizabeth (Shepard) Day. She was born 2 Dec 1816, Paxton, MA, and died 12 Jul 1877, Worcester, MA, aged 60 years 7 months, of consumption.^[4]

He resided Worcester, Boston, Paxton, Newton, and Braintree, MA.
