Leonard D.⁷ Whitney (Jacob⁶, Abner⁵, Jonas⁴, Eleazer³, Thomas², John¹), son of Jacob⁶ and Lucy (Adams) Whitney, was born 12 Sep 1811, South Orange, MA, was baptized 26 Jun 1814, New Salem, MA,^[1] and died 4 Jun 1883, Worcester, MA.

He married, 2 Dec 1835, Paxton, MA, Abigail E. Day.^[2] She was born 2 Dec 1816, Paxton, MA, and died 12 Jul 1877.

He resided Worcester, Boston, Paxton, Newton, and Braintree, MA.
