Orange7 Whitney (Jazaniah6, James5, [prob.] James4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Jazaniah6 and Rebecca (Whipple) Whitney, was born 8 May 1808, St. Johnsbury, VT, and died 3 May 1896, Newport, NH, aged 88 years, of old age.[1]
Marriage intentions were published 3 Oct 1835, Lowell, MA, for him and Emeline Harris, "both of Lowell".[2] He married, 12 Nov 1835, Lowell, MA, Emeline Harris. She was born 12 Jul 1812, and "Mrs. Orange Whitney" died 21 Sep 1895, Newport, NH.[3]
