Rachel5 Whitney (Benjamin4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), daughter of Benjamin4 and Mercy (Hinckley) Whitney, was born 25 Apr 1761, Georgetown, ME,[1] and died 19 Apr 1850, Madrid, ME.

Marriage intentions were published 3 Sep 1785, Topsham, ME, for her "of Topsham" and Miller Hinckley "of Georgetown".[2] Marriage intentions were published 3 Sep 1785, Georgetown, ME, for her "of Topsham" and Miller Hinkly "of Georgetown".[3] She married, 17 or 19 Sep 1785, Lewiston, ME, Miller Hinckley, son of John and Hannah (Oliver) Hinckley. He was born 21 Aug 1765, Georgetown, ME, and died 13 May 1828, Madrid, ME.

She "Res. Phillips, Me." (Pierce "Whitney Genealogy"). She and Miller Hinckley lived at Phillips, ME.
