Sarah7 Whitney (Joshua6, Thomas5, William4, William3, Joshua2, John1), daughter of Joshua6 and Hannah (Green) Whitney, was born 8 May 1773, Nobletown, Columbia Co., New York and died 17 Dec 1859, Bainbridge, Chenango Co., New York.

She married 3 Dec 1799, William Guthrie, son of William Guthrie and Susanna. He was born 4 Dec 1767 in Washington, Litchfield Co., Connecticut, and died 14 Mar 1813 in Bainbridge, Chenango Co., New York.

They lived in Bainbridge.
