Sybil5 Whitney (Joseph4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), daughter of Joseph4 and Abigail (Nutting) Whitney, was born 25 Dec 1748, Pepperell, MA,[1], baptized 1 Jan 1749, Pepperell, MA, and died circa 1794, Warren, NH.

Marriage intentions were published Aug 1771, Pepperell, MA, for Sybil and Stephen Lund "of New Ipswich".[2] She "of Pepperell" married, 14 Aug 1771, Groton, MA, Stephen Lund "of New Ipswich",[3] son of Ephraim and Rachel (Pierce) Lund. He was born 1 Jul 1751, Dunstable, MA, and died 2 Feb 1843 or 1845, Warren, NH. He was also known as Stephen Lunn.
