Vespasian Ward⁷ Whitney (Eleazer⁶, Nathan⁵, Thomas⁴, Eleazar³, Thomas², John¹), son of Eleazer⁶ and Martha (Crozer) Whitney, was born about 1793, Halifax, VT, and died between 1840 and 1850.

He "Ward" married, 24 Sep 1811, Halifax, VT (also recorded Guilford, VT), Katherine Cook.^[1] She was born about 1791, MA, and died after 1870.
