Wilfred Blake⁸ Whitney (Calvin E.⁷, Calvin⁶, David⁵, Matthias⁴, Cornelius³, Joshua², John¹), son of Calvin E.⁷ and Cornelia Frances (Scott) Whitney, was born 12 Sep 1883, Augusta, ON, and died 26 Oct 1918, San Francisco, CA. He was buried in Taber Memorial Garden Cemetery, Taber, AB.^[1]

He married firstly, 10 Jan 1905, Chicago, IL, Della A. Lee, daughter of Francis Alford and Caroline Lutheria (Burbank) Lee.^[2] She was born Nov 1884, Des Moines, IA, and died before 1906.

He married second, 14 Jul 1915, CA, Delta Murphy Crawford, daughter of and James Frederick and Mary Ann (Stevenson) Crawford. She was born 17 Apr 1893, Heppner, OR, and died 11 Jun 1999, Modesto, CA. She was buried in Arcadia Memorial Park, Modesto, CA
