Family:Whitney, William Fiske (1803-1868)

William Fiske⁸ Whitney (William⁷, Phinehas⁶, William⁵, William⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), son of William⁷ and Elizabeth (Fiske) Whitney, was born 19 May 1803,^[1] Shirley, MA, and died 21 Jan 1868 or 1 Jan 1868, Boston, MA, aged 64 years 8 months 2 days, of apoplexy and paralysis.^[2]

He married, 17 Jan 1827, Boston, MA, Frances Ann Rice.^[3] She was born 22 Mar 1808,^[4] and died 30 Oct 1867, Boston, MA, aged 59 years 7 months 8 days, of ulcerating gall bladder and intestines.^[5]

He resided Boston, MA. The family were buried in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge, MA.
