Dear WRG:

If any of you use the Broderbund Census materials on CD, you need to be 
warned as follows.  I do not know of this personally, but have picked it up 
from another RootsWeb maillist.

A further comment from another researcher appended to the above.

The census CDs are not the only ones that contain incorrect information.
The NY City marriage records CD also contains  many incorrect original
sources, so there is no way to check if the marriage date provided is
correct or not.  I too have found it impossible to contact the company.

I have deleted the names and e-mail addresses of the two people who sent this 
to the Green-L maillist, but can provide them upon request.
