Scrolling for Save button

Yes, you must save your changes or they won't be saved. One thing you can do is to go into your preferences (see the preferences link at the very top of your screen). Once there, select Editing and change the number of rows to a smaller number - I use 12. That will reduce the size of the edit box and therefore bring the save button up higher and hopefully into view so you don't have to scroll.
