Unfortunately, I must disagree with the lineage you suggest. Alice, wife of Nathaniel Woods, could not have been a daughter of Joshua2 Whitney. For a full discussion of the matter see Archive:Joshua Whitney's Wives and Children. Basically, the terms of Joshua's will are such that he could not be Alice's father. I have no alternative theory as to who Alice might have been, sadly. At present her surname and parentage must be listed as unknown.
