Hello All. My qualification is, simply, descent from the John Whitney line, and one particular interest is clearing the confusion about the ancestry and marriage of Joshua (4) Whitney Esq. (John 1, Joshua 2, David 3) who married Amy Blodget(t). Beyond that, it's always good to expand our knowledge, and fascinating to read about the entire family and its many byways.
