Convert the PRE sections to DIV ID="Plaintext" sections (they allow embedded anchors, PRE sections don't in the wiki)

All content from the old website has been converted except the following:

Phoenix Book - IN PROGRESS

Determine appropriate namespaces - COMPLETE
Decide if the My Lineage links on user pages is sufficient, or if we should also have the Member Lineages page - COMPLETE
Decide on appropriate census index page names - COMPLETE
Pierce Project - write code to convert and then upload all pages - COMPLETE

Strip off the existing header and footer information
Split up the sets into individual pages
Add new anchors for children if they don't already exist
Convert the existing links from referencing the sets to referencing the exact pages
Add new header and footer information
Convert all links to wiki style

Citations - It appears that the Cite functionality that I was investigating will not work for our website. - COMPLETE
