__________________________________________________________________________________________ Jason Whitney and his wife were in Alabama 1830 appearing on that census, he also served as the Executor of his Father-in-Law's will. he applied for and recieved a 2nd class land grant for 640 acres from the Republic of Texas in 1839. Jason and Adelaide H. (Revere) Whitney had four known children:
