Family:Whitney, Austin (1819-1851)

Austin⁹ Whitney (Seth⁸, William⁷, William⁶, William⁵, William⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), born Gardner, Massachusetts, 27 Feb 1819; married Dec., 1843, Maria Allen of Petersham. John P. Allen of Gardner was appointed guardian to Ellen Maria in Feb. 1860. He died Oct. 1851; resided Gardner, Massachusetts.

Children of Austin⁹ Whitney:

i.	Austin10 Whitney, born 29 Jun 1847; died 5 Jul 1849.
ii.	Ellen Maria Whitney, born 16 Oct 1850; married Mashall Miles. She died Feb., 1890.
