Samuel married Tabitha Warren, daughter of Ephraim and Mary (Brown) Warren, 28 Apr 1784.

Tabitha Warren was born on 28 Dec 1760 at Killingly, CT. She died on 22 Aug 1846 at Eastford, CT, at age 85. She died on 27 Aug 1846 at age 85.
