Frank Willard9 Whitney ( James Wallace8, Willard Washington7, Oliver6, Daniel5, Daniel4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of James Wallace and Emma Cyrene (Wheeler) Whitney, was born 3Jun 1870 Salisbury, VT[1] and died 4-2-1923 at Salisbury, VT.[2]
He married 10 Oct 1894, Salisbury, VT, Evelyn Amanda Holcomb,[3] daughter of Herbert and Elmira (Rice) Holcomb. She was born 18 Aug 1875 at Lewis NY and died 4 Nov 1942, Salisbury, VT.[4] They are both buried in the West Salisbury VT Cemetery.

Doris Evelyn Whitney, b. 2 Aug 1901 Salisbury, VT m. Harold A. Wood 11 Nov 1934. iv. Elizabeth Whitney, she was born 22 Nov 1904 at Salisbury, VT and died 22 Nov 1904 Salisbury, VT. She is buried on her fathers farm at the end of the Preston rd in Salisbury, VT. iv. Baby Boy Whitney, he was born 15 Apr 1910 at Salisbury, VT and died 15 Apr 1910 at Salisbury, VT. He is buried on her fathers farm at the end of the Preston rd in Salisbury, VT. v. Marjorie Elizabeth Whitney, b. 4 Dec 1914 at Salisbury, VT m. Kenneth Howard Stevens 29 Jun 1940 at Salisbury VT.
