II. Eveline Elizabeth Ingalls, b. in Concord, Wis., 4 Jan. 1851; married in Oconornowoc, Wis., 15 May 1867, by Rev. E. J. Montague, Congregational, to Henry Lea, a trader, who was born in Berkshire, England, 23 Dec. 1841, son of Rev. William and Sarah (House) Lea. He came to the United States, with his parents, in May 1849; lived for one year in Syracuse, N. Y.; went to Concord, Wis., where he dwelt till 1872; then moved to Tomah, Wis., where he resided in 1874, engaged in trade with his brother Charles. He enlisted, 24 Dec. 1863, in the 14th Reg., N. Y. S. Vol. Heavy Artillery; took part in the battles or the Wilderness, Spottsylvania Court House, North Anna River, and Cold Harbor; and was discharged 3 Oct. 1864.

III. Mary Melita Nutting, b. at Henderson, N. Y., 11 June 1854; married there, 3 July 1870, Patrick Henry Foley, son of John and Mary (McGovern) Foley, of Pierrepont Manor, N. Y. He was born in Canada. They settled at Sandy Creek, N. Y., where she died 8 May 1875. She was buried in Carpenter's Cemetery, at Henderson. He was the inventor and manufacturer of Foley's patent force-pumps; and was living at Lindenville, N. Y., in Jan. 1876.
