8210 III. William Harrison Coleman, b. at Newburgh, N.Y., 18 Feb. 1857; died there, 15 March 1857, and was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery.

8219 I. Alonzo Platt, b. at Danbury, Conn., 14 Sept. 1815; a lawyer; settled in Illinois, where he married ----- Lillibridge, who died at her father's house in McHenry County, Ill., without children. He married (2d) Mary L. Haven, of McHenry County; went to California, and thence to Virginia City, Nevada, where he died, about 1862 or 18863. He was a member of the Legislature of Illinois, and, for two years, district-attorney of the 8th Judicial District.
8220 II. Lyman Platt, b. at Danbury, Conn., 1 Jan. 1819; a merchant; married at Danbury, 11 Oct. 1840, Sarah Ann Stevens, dau. of Amos and Derene (Lessey) Stevens, of Danbury, where she was born 15 Ap. 1821. She died at Danbury, 3 June 1848, and was buried there, in Wooster Cemetery. He married (2d), at Danbury, 25 Sept. 1851, Sarah Elizabeth Hoyt, 15497
