VII. Eleanor Catharine Whitney, b. in Weedsport, N. Y., 12 Sept 1829; married in New York City, 17 Feb. 1849, Peter Philo Myer, a farmer and quarry-man, who was born in Saugerties, N. Y., 7 July 1825, son of Harmon and Mary (Mauterstock) Myer.1 They have lived in Saugerties, New York City, and Deerpark, N. Y., in the last of which they were dwelling in Dec. 1873, near Gumaer Station.
