4811 V. Harriet Whitney, b. at Kensico, in North Castle, N. Y., 5 Feb. 1845; married there, in 1863, by Rev. Mr. Amerman, Methodist, to John Shaughnessy. He enlisted, 21 May 1861, in Co. A, 27th Reg., N. Y. S. Volunteers; and was discharged at Elmira, N. Y., 21 May 1863. They lived at Newburgh, N. Y., in 1874. 12378

4812 I. ----- Montross, a son, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., in Ap. 1816; died on the same day.
4813 II. Mary Montross, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 20 Sept 1817; married there, 24 Oct. 1838, William Henry Churchill, a mason and builder, son of John and Elizabeth (Light) Churchill, of New York City, where he was born 31 Aug. 1808. They were living at Yonkers, N. Y., in Nov. 1873. 12380
4814 III. Jacob Montross, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 15 March 1820; died 20 March 1820.
4815 IV. Maria Louisa Montross, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 26 Aug. 1833; married there, 17 Oct. 1855, Constant White,1 a farmer, son of Lewis and Aurelia (Raymond) White, of Yorktown, where he was born 18 March 1824, and adopted son of Dr. Henry and Mary (Belcher) White. They settled in Yorktown, about a quarter of a mile north of the Crompond Presbyterian Church, and were living there in 1874. 12385

4816 I. Seth Whitney Ferris, b. at Pine's Bridge, Yorktown, N. Y., 28 Dec. 1834; a livery-stable keeper; resided in New York City, unmarried, in 1873.
4817 II. Elizabeth Ferris, b. at Pine's Bridge, Yorktown, N. Y., 31 March 1838; died there, 18 Nov. 1842, and was buried in Crompond East graveyard.
4818 III. James Ferris, b. at Pine's Bridge, Yorktown, N. Y., date not known; died at Pine's Bridge, when 4 months old.
4819 IV. Maria Louisa Ferris, b. at Pine's Bridge, Yorktown, N. Y., 21
