7336 I. Vestus Chapin, b. one mile east of the village of Big Flats, N. Y., 27 June 1825; married, 30 March 1847, at the house of Benjamin Atwood, by Rev. Mr. Gould, to Martha Celia Olney, dau. of Samuel and Caroline (Burget) Olney. They settled at Climax, Mich., and were living there in Feb. 1875. 14856
7337 II. Caroline Chapin, b. one mile east of the village of Big Flats, N. Y., 21 March 1827; married, 21 Feb. 1849, in the village of Teconsha, Mich., by Rev. Samuel Cornelius, to Daniel Schenck Denise, a farmer and merchant, born in Monmouth Co., N. J., 25 Nov. 1822. son of ----- and Aletta (Hulch) Denise. They dwelt at Greece, N. Y., for eighteen years; then settled at Charlotte, N. Y., and were living there in May 1875. 14862
7338 III. Cornelia Ann Chapin, b. four miles north of the village of Big Flats, N. Y., 28 Ap. 1829; married, 26 Aug. 1848, at the house of her parents, in LeRoy, Mich., by Dr. Elihu Smith, to James Ball Davis, a farmer, son of William Dixon and Comfort (Ball) Davis, of LeRoy. He was born at Auburn, N. Y., 6 June 1824. They were living at LeRoy, Mich., in Feb. 1875. 14867

7340 V. Henry Pier, b. four miles north of the village of Big Flats, N. Y., 15 Feb. 1836; married, 27 Feb. 1861, at the house of her parents, in Barry, Mich., by Squire Tolles, to Mary Jane Bennett, dau. of Francis and Adeline Bennett. They were living at Barry in Feb. 1875. He was a soldier in Co. C, 20th Reg., Mich. Vol. Infantry, during the war of 1861. 14880
7341 VI. Silas Pier, b. at Fairfield, Mich., eight miles south of Adrian, 4 July 1838; died 3 Nov. 1845, in the same place, and was buried there.
7342 VII. Lydia Deane Pier, b. at Chesterfield, Ohio, 5 May 1840; married by Rev. Asa W. Bushnell, at LeRoy, Mich., 17 Sept. 1857, to George Washington Karr. They were living near Battle Creek, Mich., in Feb. 1875. 14883
