Chil. of James and Elizabeth (Merritt) Horton. 5300

13155 I. William Horton, lived in Wisconsin in 1873.
13156 II. Daniel Horton, died at Esopus, N.Y., aged about 18 months, and was buried between there and Rosendale Plains.
13157 III. Merritt Horton, died at Esopus, N.Y., when about 8 years old, and was buried between there and Rosendale Plains.
13158 IV. James Horton, went to California, and thence to Idaho; and has not been heard from since 1867.

13159 I. William Merritt, b. in 1832; married Hannah Susan Craig; and lived at Stone Ridge, N.Y., in 1873.
13160 II. ----- Merritt, a son, died when 18 months old.
13161 III. Edward Merritt, lived at Oil City, Penn., in 1873.
13162 IV. Daniel Merritt, lived at Oil City, Penn., in 1873.
13163 V. Mary Merritt, married Orlando McLean; and lived at Ellmore's Corners, Esopus, N.Y., in 1873.

13164 I. Peter Winship Merritt, b. at Rosendale Plains, N.Y., 10 Nov. 1830; died at New York City, 5 May 1834, and was buried in the Houston Street burying-ground.
