II. Nancy Dibble, b. in Meredith, N. Y., 13 March 1823; married, 23 Nov. 1842, at Barre, N. Y., by Rev. Sidney Esta, Baptist, to James Milton Shearer, a farmer, born at Verona, N. Y., 15 Ap. 1816, son of James and Rebecca Shearer. She died of consumption, at Barre, 1 Dec. 1853, and was buried in Murray, N. Y., in the cemetery of the Gaines and Murray Baptist Church. He died in Hanover, Mich., 13 Dec. 1857.

III. Andrew Law Dibble, b. in Barre, N. Y., 12 Jan. 1827; a farmer; married, 16 Feb. 1848, at Parma, N. Y., Miranda Jane Lord, born in Marion, N. Y., 17 June 1823, dau. of Matthew and Alathea Lord. He was living, in 1868, on his father's homestead in Barre, N. Y.

IV. Adeline Eliza Dibble, b. in Barre, N. Y., 8 Feb. 1829; married at Barre, 2 Ap. 1851, Charles Bennett; died, without children, 27 Dec. 1855, at Barre, and was buried in Murray, N. Y., in the cemetery of the Gaines and Murray Baptist Church. He was living at Danbury, Conn., in 1868.

V. Mary Rosetta Dibble, b. in Barre, N. Y., 2 March 1831; married, 5 Jan. 1860, at her father's house in Barre, by Rev. Isaac Cheeseborough, Baptist, to William R. Morrison, a florist, born 21 Ap. 1833, son of William and Ann (Viegelautius) Morrison.1 They settled at Ports- mouth, Ohio, in June 1860, and moved, in Feb. 1865, to Columbus, Ohio, where, at 56 Eighth Street, she died of consumption, 23 June 1866. She was buried at Columbus. He served, as a private, in the war of 1861.

VI. Daniel Salmon Dibble, b. in Barre, N. Y., 19 May 1837; a graduate of the Dental College at Cincinnati, Ohio; married, 21 Dec. 1859, at Gaines, N. Y., by Rev. Isaac Cheeseborough, Baptist, to Frances Augusta Barber, born in Gaines, 23 Jan. 1838, dau. of Oliver Monroe and Amira (Smith) Barber. He lived on the homestead, in Barre, till April 1862, and then moved to Portsmouth, Ohio, where he was living in 1869. He removed to Ashland, Ky., in July 1869, and was living there and practising his profession, at the corner of Winchester and D Streets, in 1874.
