IV. Ann Augusta Travis, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 19 June 1842; married there, 18 May 1864, in her father's house, by Rev. E. S. Yocom, Baptist, to Solomon De BeVoise Purdy, a grocer, born in New York City, 22 March 1840, son of William Hart and Rebecca Ann (De BeVoise) Purdy. They were living at Peekskill, N. Y., in her father's house, in Dec. 1874, without children.

Yocom, Baptist, to Moses Haviland Dean, a farmer, and dealer in cattle, who was born in Somers, N. Y., 12 Aug. 1838, son. of Nathaniel and Elizabeth (Haviland) Dean. They were living at Peekskill, N. Y., in Dec. 1874.

Milton Burrall Whitney, b. at East Granville, Mass., 6 Oct. 1825; grad. at Williams College in 1849; an attorney and counsellor-at-law; settled at Westfield, Mass., in 1851, and was living there, unmarried, in Jan. 1876. He was a Senator of Mass. in 1862-3; and a Presidential Elector in 1868, from the 10th Congressional District of Mass.

They were living at Westfield, Mass., in July 1876.
