Family Talk:Whitney, Sylvester (c1846-a1891)

Sylvester and his wife Mary J may have gotten divorced or his wife may have died because Charlotte aka Nettie is living with the family of JW Lovercheck(?? name hard to read in census) with wife Mary Bariagan born 1845/46 in KY who married in St Louis in 1874 . Nettie Whitney married Ora V Pulliam in 1893 in Sangamon Co, IL (see Illinois marriage index). In the 1900 census she went by Charlotte and in the 1910 census she went by Nettie. She had three sons, Burton, Lewis S and Russell Fairbanks Pulliam. Russell and Burton died young in the 1920s apparently from TB. Lewis was still alive in 1930. Nettied/Charlotte died before 1920 as her spouse was a widower at that time. I can find no death records for her in either IL or AZ (where Burton went briefly for his health, it didn't help). She may also have had TB. I have a public family tree at ancestry where this information can be reviewed.
