Whitney, American citizen, (son of Matthew and Lephe Whitney of Minneapolis,MN 1890, and brother of Adam and Matthew); husband of Transito Lobo Whitney whom he met and married while working and residing in Trujillo, Honduras, Central America c. 1903-1916; father of Evelina Whitney, Eduardo Whitney and Carolina Whitney. He left this family in 1916 to serve the U.S. in WWI never to return. Destiny unknown and sought by descendant. See related history file.
