Patrick1 Whitney, parentage unknown, was born circa 1794, Ireland and died 15 Sep 1851, aged 49 years, Four Locks, MD.

He married Johana -----. He was born circa 1804, Ireland, and died after 1860.

"Pat" or "Patk" Whitney, "aged 25", arrived in 1825, Baltimore, MD.[1]

In 1839 Patrick Whitney was naturalized in Washington Co., MD.[2]

i. John2 Whitney, b. ca. 1833, MD. He m. Mary E. -----. This was perhaps Family:Whitney, John J. (c1828-b1880).
ii. Michael Whitney, b. ca. 1835, MD; m.(1) 14 Oct 1858, Four Locks, MD, Mary Ellen Payne; m.(2) Aug 1869, Sally -----. No children known.
iii. Dennis Whitney, b. Aug 1840, MD.
iv. James Whitney, b. Jun 1844, MD, m. Margaret V. (-----) Durboraw.
