James Whitney, Thomas Morton, clerk, & Thomas ap Robert, chaplain, in a plea that together with Simon Milborn, Esq., John Braynton, Gent., Simon Hearyng & James Scudmore, they present a suitable parson to the church of Pencombe which is vacant and is in their gift. And they did not attend. _________________________ appear here (before the court) ________ St. Hillary's Day in 15 days ________________ The judge attached them that they be here (before the court) on Easter in fifteen days, etc.
