Family:Whitney, Martin (1810-1887)

Martin⁸ Whitney (Simei⁷, Samuel⁶, Samuel⁵, Nathaniel⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), son of Simei⁷ and Silence (Tucker) Whitney, was born 16 Aug 1810,^[1] and died 20 Jan 1887, Cambridge, MA, aged 76 years 5 months 4 days, of an accidental fall, baker.^[2]

He married, 3 Apr 1833, Electa Buell, daughter of Daniel and Electa (Ransom) Buell, of Wilmington. She was born 31 Jan 1813, Wilmington, VT,^[3] and died 19 Jul 1887, Cambridge, MA, aged 74 years 5 months 19 days, of apoplexy.^[4]

He resided Cambridgeport, MA.
