George Whitney (Jacob, Ebenezer, Amos, Nathaniel, Benjamin, John), was born 02 25 1817, Buxton, ME, and died 03 29 1890, Buxton, ME.
He married Hannah (-----). She was born 09 1817, Maine.
George was a farmer. He is found in the censuses of 1850 through 1880 in Buxton, ME. In 1860, Phoebe Fields, age 70, resides with them. She is possibly the mother of Hannah.
In 1900, Hannah W. Whitney resides in Gorham, ME with her daughter Arzilla, the wife of Frederick D. Scammon.
