Elbert H. Whitney (Darling L., Daniel), son of Darling L. and Clarissa (Thomas) Whitney, was born 1855, GA, and died after 1880.
He married firstly, 30 Sep 1874, Giles County, TN, Marietta "Mary" Morris . She was born 1857, MS.
He married secondly, about 1891, Sally L. Bess.
