Samuel2 Widney (Charles1, James), son of Charles1 and Mary Dolly (Henderson) Whitney, was born 29 Jul 1796, Franklin Co., PA, and died ca. 1855, DeKalb Co., IN.
He married, 22 May 1822, Joanna Brearley. She was born circa 1804, PA.
He was listed as Samuel "Wooney" on a tax list dated 1828, aged 30, farmer, Fannett Township, Franklin Co., PA.[1] The age is slightly off.
