Orrey Whitney (Aaron), son of Aaron and Sarah (Fitch) Whitney, was born circa 1793, at an unknown location, and died before 1840, Rome, Oneida Co., NY.
He married circa 1816, probably Rome, Oneida Co., NY, Catherine -----, daughter of unknown parentage. She was born circa 1796, at an unknown location, and died after 1840.
This family page was developed using census records of previously unknown Whitney individuals in the vicinity of Rome, NY. It is speculation that Orrey is the grown son of Aaron Whitney and that he was raised in the Elisha Walsworth household when the widow Sarah (Fitch) Whitney remarried. A search of records continues in an effort to develop this family page further.
