Chauncey Whitney, parentage unknowns, was born circa 1778, VT, and probably died before 1860, White Creek, Washington Co., NY.

He married Sarah ------, parentage unknown. She was born circa 1769, CT, and probably died before 1860, White Creek, Washington Co., NY.

Little is known about this family other than what is reflected in the census records.

i. Chauncey Whitney, b. ca. 1817, White Creek, NY; d. probably before 1880, White Creek, NY. He was unmarried and the census indicated he was an idiot.
