George⁷ Whitney (Joshua⁶, Joshua⁵, Nathaniel⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), son of Joshua⁶ and Electa (Sawtell) Whitney, was born 13 Feb 1800, Dalton, NH, and died after 1850.

He married, apparently before 1830, Louisa Petty. She was born say 1805, NY, and apparently died before 1850.

He resided in Eagle, NY, and Leslie, MI.
