Charles7 Whitney (Abijah6, Joseph5, John4, Joseph3, John2, John1), son of Abijah6 and Anna (Whittemore) Whitney, was born 11 Jun 1803, Weston, MA, was baptized 12 Jun 1803, Weston, MA,[1] and died before 1840.

He married, 9 Feb 1825, Concord, MA, Mary Brown "of Concord",[2] daughter of Zachariah and Sally (Johnson) Whitney. She was born 28 Oct 1800, Concord, MA, and died 26 Apr 1880, Medway, MA, aged 78 years, of acute pericarditis.[3] Marriage intentions were published 3 Jun 1840, Medway, MA, for her and Arthur "McConn".[4] He was born about 1810, Ireland.

He was a student at the North [East] School, Weston, MA, in 1808.[5]

Children of Charles7 and Mary (Brown) Whitney:

i. Mary Ann8 Whitney, b. ca. 1826; m. 1 Jan 1845, Holliston, MA, Abel H. Seley.[6]
ii. (child) Whitney, b. ca. 1828-1830; d. 24 Nov 1832, Holliston, MA, aged 2 or 4 years.[7]
iii. Charles Whitney, b. 15 Jul 1832, Holliston, MA; m. 18 May 1853, Medway, MA, Isabella Smith.[8]
